The Department of Economics has been an inherent part of Aronai College, Kokrajhar since, 2013. This department offers higher secondary and degree courses as per the prescribed syllabus of A.H.S.E.C. and Bodoland University respectively. Area of focus of this department is to make the subject, i.e., Economics, student friendly. As a social responsibility, the department frequently organizes talks on socio-economic issue. In this regard, different collaborative researches have been approached in the field of local history narratives.
