Department of Botany

The Department of Botany was introduced in Aronai College in the year 2013 with Higher Secondary classes under AHSEC followed by B.Sc. General Courses in 2016 and the Major Course in the year 2019 under Bodoland University. It is one of the prominent department of the college which aims in providing all the modern facilities for the individual student. The department provides invitro and invivo academic activities like Educational Tour, Field Trip, Specimen Collection, etc., for the greater interest of the students.

The department pays a visit to different wildlife sanctuaries, National Parks, sericulture and fishery farms as per syllabus.
